Prop 28, Year 2: Where are We?

This panel session will discuss and share information regarding the impact of Prop 28 for school districts: is it being implemented? If so, how? Discussion will focus on successes and short comings in districts statewide, and strategies on how to get your district moving in the right direction if they are not.
