Open Space Ensemble Performance Application for All Ages

Elementary Showcase Applications will open March 1st, 2026.
Size of Ensembles Accepted:
- Elementary – 60 or less students,
- MS/HS/Collegiate – 20 or less Instrumental- or- 30 or less Vocal.
- This is the size of the ensemble.
Deadline to apply – Friday, May 15th, 2026.
Participants will be notified of acceptance and date of performance on Monday, June 1st, 2026.
Performance days – Wednesday-Saturday, January 15-17, 2026
All ensembles applying for these performance opportunities will play in and throughout the convention site, Not on ballroom stages.
Total performance time for these applications may not exceed 20 minutes.
All ensembles performing in this category must bring their own music stands (if needed). Chairs will be provided.
A sound system will be provided for announcements only.
