CASMEC Clinic Application
The deadline to submit proposals for the 2026 Conference closes Friday, July 11th, 2025 at midnight. Submissions after this deadline will not be considered. Final acceptances will be communicated by Friday, August 23rd.

Individuals that are accepted must cover their own expenses. In order to complete an application, you will need to have the following ready:
- A brief 30 second video about your clinic session that can be used for conference promotion if your presentation is accepted.
- A brief explanation of your clinic/presentation
- A brief presenter bio
- Your photo (Minimum: 500×500 pixels / maximum: 4000×4000 pixels)
- School/Institution/Sponsor logo (Minimum: 500×500 pixels / maximum: 4000×4000 pixels)
PLEASE NOTE: The above items are required for the completion of this on-line application. You will not be able to submit the form without them.
Please ensure you fully submit your application for consideration before the deadline, as saved drafts will not be considered. Each partner organization is responsible for selecting their Clinics/Sessions based on decisions by committees, based on internal parameters for selection. Please add “casmeclogistics@gmail.com” email address to your address book in order to receive messages as confirmation responses will be requested.
